Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do no accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged.

If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us with 24 hours of delivery by emailing swiftbrickprofiles@outlook.com.

Your email must include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the fault and packaging

All claims are reviewed, and customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Items that have been used are not eligible for return.

Due to the nature of fabricated metal products, minor cosmetic marks or variations may occur and are not considered faults.Â
