Shipping Policy

We ship across the United Kingdom using a combination of standard courier services and specialist freight providers.

Smaller items are dispatched via parcel delivery services.
Larger heavier items are shipped using specialist couriers or pallet networks. 

Delivery Times 1-5 working days. These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. Orders may be delivered over multiple parcels and can arrive separately. Once dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. If there are any issues with your delivery, we will assist you in raising a claim and investigating.  

Please allow up to 5 working days for the delivery before reporting a parcel missing.  

We cannot guarantee that we can arrange a suitable delivery method for larger bulk orders and these may be collected from our workshop free of charge.

Collection 

Collection is available from our workshop in WF11.

Orders must be placed and paid for online before collection. 

We will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. 

Important

It is the customers responsibility to ensure access is suitable for delivery vehicles, particularly for larger or pallet deliveries. Failed delivery attempts or restricted access may result in additional charges.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once goods have been dispatched. 

Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
